Sources before statements

Each factual claim about a builder carries a link to a source we read, with the date we read it. Prices appear as the vendor states them, together with the billing period. Anything we cannot confirm is either omitted or marked as not published.

Fair to every builder, including Base44

Builders are described in neutral terms: what they are good at, where they stop and which teams they fit. Base44 is treated the same way, from its own pages, including the cases in which staying on it is the sensible decision. Where another builder serves a reader better, the page says so.

Vendor figures are labelled

Numbers that come from a vendor, such as user counts, customer results or efficiency gains, are labelled vendor-reported. Independent research is attributed to its publisher, with a date.

No paid placement

Inclusion, position and wording cannot be bought, and the site carries no affiliate links. Outbound links to builders are provided only for the reader's convenience.

Trademarks

Product and company names belong to their owners and appear only to identify the products discussed. No vendor logos are used.

How we use AI tools

AI tools assist with research and first drafts. Before publication, each factual statement is checked by hand against the source it cites, and every page lists its sources.

Corrections

Readers who find an error can contact us. Confirmed errors are corrected promptly, the page's date is updated and the correction is entered in its change log.
